We will promptly replace any DVD that is defective. We cannot accept non-defective DVDs that have been opened.

All returns must be prepaid by customer and be in good condition. Sport Step returns are subject to $20.00 re-stocking fee.

All returns must be made withing 15 days of receipts of goods.
